FIRST DAY
• Breakfast Black coffee/tea, 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 tsp peanut butter
• Lunch 1/2 cup tuna, 1slice toast, Tea/coffee
• Dinner 2 slices (3oz) of any cold meat, 1 cup string beans, 1 cup beetroot, Tea/coffee, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
