The Three-Day Diet that really works!

Must be followed strictly to loose 10 lbs in 3 days. It should not be done by pregnant women, anyone suffering from Diabetes or anyone with intolerance or allergy to any of the ingredients mentioned in this diet. Please take medical advice if unsure. One should be aware that only healthy eating and exercise could maintain the BMI within the normal range (Body Mass Index: 18-25)

FIRST DAY

• Breakfast Black coffee/tea, 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 tsp peanut butter
• Lunch 1/2 cup tuna, 1slice toast, Tea/coffee

• Dinner 2 slices (3oz) of any cold meat, 1 cup string beans, 1 cup beetroot, Tea/coffee, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream

• SECOND DAY

• Breakfast 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 1 slice toast, tea/coffee

• Lunch 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 Saltine/TUC/RITZ biscuits, tea/coffee

• Dinner 2 Hot Dog sausages, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, tea coffee

• THIRD DAY

• Breakfast 5 Saltine biscuits, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple, tea/coffee

• Lunch 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast, tea/coffee

• Dinner 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beetroot, 1cup cauliflower, 1/2 small honeydew melon, 1 cup vanilla ice cream, tea/coffee


The diet works on chemical breakdown.

Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods -- but can be replaced if the ingredients are not available - but should be low fat and low sugar!

Salt and pepper may be used. No other seasoning.

Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions, other than common sense!

Toasts to be dry, no butter or margarine.

Stringed beans and beetroot can be canned- do not have to be fresh.

The diet is to be used 3days at a time and you will loose 10 lbs.

After 3 days of dieting you can eat normally, but remember not to repeat the diet every week!
